B-shaped mesh belt: Type B mesh belt is also called B-shaped mesh belt, chocolate mesh belt, trapezoidal mesh belt, in-line mesh belt, and strip mesh belt.
B-shaped mesh belt application: widely used in the curing, solid melting, drying and reflow soldering of circuit boards in the electronic industry. In the lid making industry, dripping and drying; in the food industry, it is used for chocolate, biscuit, fish fillet baking, quick freezing, and drying. The edge of the B mesh belt can be driven by a chain.
B-type mesh belt weaving form: its organizational structure includes ordinary weaving, reinforced weaving, segmented ordinary weaving, etc.

Environmental requirements for the use of B-shaped mesh belt:
1. Long-term exposure of the B-type mesh belt to corrosive materials will cause the B-type mesh belt parts to become thinner and accelerate wear. The rust on the parts will affect the rotation of the B-type mesh belt's hinges and rollers;
2. When the B-type mesh belt is running at high temperature, a large amount of heat will be generated by long-term friction; due to different thermal expansion coefficients, thermal fatigue may occur when different materials are welded together. The intermittent reduction caused by thermal expansion between parts at temperatures exceeding 400°C should be considered as the effect of creep, (high temperature) thermal brittleness, brittleness of carbon precipitation, and temperature changes (cooling and expansion). The influence of high temperature on lubrication, silicon, graphite and molybdenum disulfide lubricants all have good heat resistance.
3. Under the acidic or alkaline environment of type B mesh belt, stress corrosion and particle corrosion of parts will occur. In corrosive environments, attention must be paid to the selection of B-shaped mesh belt parts materials. Whether the B-shaped mesh belt is made of martensitic stainless steel depends on the working conditions.
4. When the B-shaped mesh belt is stored in the open air, rainproof measures should be taken. In the process of storage and handling, the mesh belt should be prevented from colliding to avoid damage to the B-type mesh belt. Tongjin must maintain sufficient power supply capacity and stable voltage, and phaseless operation is strictly prohibited. The power cord must be a dedicated cord, and temporary cords should not be used for long-term power supplies.
