2020-09-16

Stainless steel mesh belt: S, soft [usually called hydrogen recovery]: The surface is bright, soft, non-magnetic, not easy to fatigue and has a high elongation. Specifications: 0.03 to 5.0 mm Material: 301, 302, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310, 310S, 321, etc.
The light-weight drawing wire LD is made of stainless steel, light-weight drawing after heat treatment. The surface is bright, soft, fatigue-resistant and has a certain elongation. Specifications: 0.03 to 5.0 mm Material: 301, 302, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310, 310S, 321, etc.
Stainless steel cold drawn rope: WCD, cold drawn, smooth surface, excellent toughness, wear resistance specifications: 0.03-6.0mm Material: 302, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310, 310S, 321, etc.
In addition, stainless steel spring wire: high hardness, strong elasticity, excellent wear resistance, compression performance specifications: 0.15 to 3.0 mm Material: 302, 304H, 304L, 316, 316L, 310, 310S, 321, etc.

Heat resistance

For intermittent use below 1600 degrees and continuous use below 1700 degrees, 316 stainless steel has excellent oxidation resistance. It is best not to continuously process 316 stainless steel in the range of 800 to 1575 degrees, but continuous use of 316 stainless steel outside this temperature range will improve the heat resistance of stainless steel. 316L stainless steel is more resistant to carbide precipitation than 316 stainless steel and can be used within the above temperature range.

Corrosion resistance
The corrosion resistance of 316 is better than that of 304 stainless steel, and it has excellent corrosion resistance in the pulping and papermaking process. 316 stainless steel can also resist sea erosion and corrosive industrial atmosphere.
