1. Reasonable design to avoid gaps. In addition, water accumulation should be avoided during the design process. Be diligent in cleaning and removing dust during maintenance.

2. When the design cannot avoid the gap, cloudy protection can be used. For example, sacrificial zinc or magnesium is used in seawater. But when using this method, pay attention to the problem of hydrogen fragility.

3. Since it is difficult for corrosion inhibitors to enter the gap, corrosion inhibitor coatings can be applied on the joint surface. For example, for steel, please use PbCrO4 aluminum paint, please use paint containing ZnCrO4; for sheet metal parts, you can use impregnated with vapor phase corrosion Separate the inhibitor wrapper.
